Mr. Malik a senior member of the Book Trade in Pakistan and has been Chairman of the LIBF since February 2023. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association (PPBA). Mr. Malik is Proprietor of M/S World Press, a prominent book importing concern and is the appointed representative in Pakistan of some of the most prestigious international publishing houses.

Kashif Mir Zubair

Vice Chairman LIBF

Mr. Kashif Mir Zubair is the Managing Partner of PLD Publishers, a renowned legal publishing house established in 1947 and based in Lahore, Pakistan. In addition to his leadership role, he serves as the Editor of the law reports published by PLD Publishers.

Mr. Zubair is also the Executive Director of Oratier Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading technology company, and Editor-in-Chief of its flagship product, Pakistanlawsite.com—the most widely used online legal research resource in Pakistan.

He is the Managing Partner of the Textbook Developers Group, a consortium of leading publishers in Lahore focused on developing educational textbooks for use in public schools across the Province of Punjab. Furthermore, he is the proprietor of Golden Book Company, which is one of the largest printers of textbooks (by volume and contractual value) for the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board & KPK Textbook Board.

In his broader contributions to the industry, Mr. Zubair serves as the Honorary Secretary General of the Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association (PPBA) and Vice-Chairman of the Lahore International Book Fair Trust.
